This late medieval and Renaissance dagger is based on an example in a private collection. The half guard and the grip that favoured fashion above comfort marks this dagger out as a Landsknecht piece. Double side blade and bronze grip fittings, with a ribbed laburnum grip.
Double edged with a 25cm blade and comes with a black leather sheath with incised decoration and typical bronze chape.
