Delivery Information
Postage charges are calculated on the value of the sale. We will endeavour to send goods within 1-2 working days of order completion. Please see products for production lead times as this is usually 12 months (sword scabbards 2 months)
Delivery times depend on location. These are estimates:
UK - 2-3 working days from date of postage
Europe - 12-14 working days from date of postage
USA/ROW - Courier 3-15 working days depending on location.
(This does not include any checks at customs that may randomly occur)

DUTY/VAT/HANDLING COSTS/CLEARANCE:
We are not responsible for duty/VAT/handling/clearance costs that may occur and any other costs once the goods have left our premises. The goods will be subject to VAT to be paid by the customer on import. This is usually due before the goods will be delivered.
If these costs are not paid then the shipment will be returned to us. We can only refund the difference of the costs then incurred from reimporting the goods to the UK minus a 10% admin charge.
If you need things by a certain date then please put this in the order notes and we will always endeavour to meet the dates where at all possible.

Standard shipping is by DHL or Age Verified DHL if you buy a bladed item. It is not always possible to have goods fully insured. Please add this to your notes on your order and you will be billed separately if necessary.
Europe
