Delivery Information

US customers, please be sure to read the USA section below.

Shipping costs are calculated on the value of the sale. We will endeavour to send goods within 1-2 working days of order completion. Please see products for production lead times as this is usually 11 months (sword scabbards 2-4 months).

Delivery times depend on location. These are estimates:

UK                  2-3 working days from date of shipping

Europe           12-14 working days from date of shipping

USA/ROW      Courier 3-15 working days depending on location.

(This does not include any checks at customs that may randomly occur)

If you would like goods fully insured please contact us before ordering.

Please check that you are legally allowed to import sharpened, often double edged,  bladed items into your country of residence. We will not be held responsible for items lost, detained or destroyed by customs. Thank you. 

DUTY/VAT/HANDLING COSTS/CLEARANCE:

We are not responsible for duty/VAT/handling/clearance costs that may occur and any other costs once the goods have left our premises. The goods will be subject to VAT to be paid by the customer on import. This is usually due before the goods are delivered. 

If these costs are not paid then the shipment will be returned to us. We can only refund the difference of the costs then incurred from reimporting the goods to the UK minus a 10% admin charge.

If you need things by a certain date then please put this in the order notes and we will always endeavour to meet the dates where at all possible.  

🇬🇧 UK

Standard shipping is by Age Verified UPS if you buy a bladed item or Royal Mail if non bladed. You will be charged the increased rate for age verification whether you buy a bladed item or not and this will be refunded when the order is booked with Royal Mail. It is not always possible to have goods fully insured.

Please add this to your notes on your order and you will be billed separately if necessary.

🇪🇺 Europe

Standard shipping is by UPS. 

Since 2020 all orders will be subject to duty and local taxes, and these will be payable in full by the customer when the order arrives in your country. We have no control over this and will not accept returns or issue refunds as a result of non-payment of said charges. 

It is not always possible to have goods fully insured. If you would like a quote for this please add this to your notes on your order and you will be billed separately if necessary.

🌎 USA/Rest of the World

Shipping is by UPS. Please note that from 29th August 2025, all orders will be subject to duty, local tax and tariffs and these will be payable in full by the customer when the order arrives in the USA. We have no control over this and will not accept returns or issue refunds as a result of non-payment of said charges.
