14thC Munitions Crossbow 350lbs - SOLD

This medieval crossbow is typical of many 14thC munition quality war crossbows so it is plain and rather blocky. Bow irons came in around 1400, so this crossbow comes with a lashed bow and the characteristically long and straight trigger bar from the period.

Ash stock, linen string in brown unlike the one shown here, steel nut and trigger, trigger spring.

This medieval crossbow has a draw weight of 350lbs and so is spanned using the goats foot lever supplied with it. Comes with 3 bolts.
