Mid-late 15thC German French bollock dagger with bronze and brass hilt fittings over a carved and ventilated box wood grip based partially on a composite of French pieces from this period, but mostly based on a portrait. Double layer veg tan sheath in red with stamped and incised decoration and a bronze chape.
