This medieval rondel dagger is based on a river find from the Thames and is now held in a private collection – mid 14thC. This comes from the early days of the rondel when the front disc had arrived, but a pommel still formed the end of the grip rather than another disc rondel as came later.
Single edged with 25cm blade and comes with a dark tan leather sheath and bronze chape.
