French Rondel with Madonna 15th-16thC - IN STOCK

This Rondel dagger based on a composite of pieces from the Army Museum in Paris and dated around 1500. The grip is thorn wood and the fittings are in bronze. The pommel cap features a sculpt of a Madonna and child and the blade is a stout, strong, double sided diamond section Rondel blade.

Sheath is made from double layered tan veg tan leather, with a moulded design, a hemp suspension cord and finished with a bronze chape.
