A mid status bauernwehr with black horn grip scales inlaid with bone and hollow steel rivets. This is a well detailed piece with file work on the spine, nagle and the bolsters and sculpted pommel creates a striking look that would not be out of place on the hip of a merchant from 1450-1520.
Features a black double layer veg tan sheath with geometric incised decoration.
