The Wallace Collection A726 rondel dagger is a classic medieval rondel dagger from around the year 1400, possibly English, probably French.
The blade is a long 15"/39cm long and is 12mm thick and hollow ground all the way to the tip. The rondels are hollow fabrications and the boxwood grip scales are fitted to the tang with bronze side panels and decorative rivet washers.
The sheath is made form two layers of dyed black veg tan leather and finished with a bronze chape.
This style of dagger is shown being used by Matt Easton in a You Tube video on my channel.
