A medieval sword scabbard for the Albion sword models Chevalier and Oakeshott.
Poplar wood core, veg tan leather outer and uses a French tie style knotted fastening. The scabbard is decorated with incised and carved detailing which was popular in medieval times. 13thC 'Z' style harness.
Light tan belt with main body of scabbard being red with carved and painted flowers and vines similar to that seen on effigies. Bronze horseshoe chape.
Will suit waist from 33" to 48" / 82cm to 122cm.
