This is a slim and elegant German medieval dagger in a 'half guard' style from a private collection.
The style of dagger was popular with Landsknecht and features a slim horn grip hollow bronze poem and bronze guard, fitted to a double edged blade with a copper infilled makers mark.
The sheath is in double layer red veg tan leather and features a bronze chape.
