This medieval dagger is based heavily on a piece owned by Alexander Balliol and dated 1280.
The double edged blade is fitted to a simple steel cross guard and octagonal pommel with the cord bound leather grip.
The double layer veg tan leather sheath is carved with mythical winged beast and is fitted with a fabricated brass shape with a heart motif.
